Jemima Aligwekwe

Jemima Aligwekwe is a British-Nigerian performer trained in theatre, film, and music. A Drama and English graduate from the University of Sussex, she also honed her movement skills at RADA. Her stage credits include Antigone (Ismene) and Cabaret (Sally Bowles), and she starred in the short film Still Stepping (dir. Leon Gordon). Jemima brings a strong alto voice, fluency in English and Igbo, and a wide accent range (RP, Nigerian, American Southern). With strengths in acting, singing, writing, and movement, she’s a versatile and emotionally intelligent storyteller.
