Elizabeth Ho

Elizabeth is an actor and model with experience across music videos and commercial campaigns. Her screen credits include the music video “GIRLS!” by Cat Burns (2025), where she appeared as a featured model and dancer, and a commercial campaign for INSTAX Europe (2025). She brings a confident on-camera presence, combining performance, movement, and visual storytelling.

Alongside her acting work, Elizabeth runs a successful YouTube channel focused on science experiments and biochemistry lab work, presenting complex ideas in an engaging and creative way. Through this platform she has developed strong storytelling, presenting, and audience engagement skills, reaching and inspiring thousands of viewers.

Fluent in Cantonese with high-standard English and Mandarin, Elizabeth is also skilled in commercial and street dance, conference presenting, and science communication. She holds a BSc in Biochemistry and has additional training in movement and storytelling at York Theatre Royal, including Lecoq-influenced physical performance and mask work, bringing creativity, discipline, and versatility to her screen work.
